Ryuuluu is a (one person) small business, furthermore the policy is exchanges only.

I will exchange if:

The product does not match the criteria in the product description, or the product is faulty (which is not caused by the post). You can make an exchange within 5 business days from the date you receive the item.

The product needs to be in the same new condition as before with tags and the original packaging.

If I receive an item back that is damaged or unsellable for any reason (smelling like used, marks broken etc.) we will comunicate. In this case, the exchange will not be available.

As soon as I receive the item, the exchange will ship out!

NOTE:  Ryuuluu (I) does not provide the shipping cost for exchanges in any conditions.

If you receive a broken/bend packet or the post gets lost (post's responsibility) Ryuuluu won't be able to make any refund/exchange. Otherwise, I could assist you to try and claim money back from the post.

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact iamryuuluu@gmail.com at the moment. Ryuuluu will be able to  edit your address before the item has already been posted, if the contrary, then I won't be able to help you change the address.

If you the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact your post office with your tracking number. They may have been delivery to your neighbors, or it may be sitting in the warehouse because someone misplaced it. 
When it shows “delivered” there is nothing I can do on my end, so please make sure you contact the local posts. 

If the undelivered items returns to me.  I can rearrange and post your item back to you it when it returns to me.

I will not be able to make a exchange/refund if if the item is lost due to an “insufficient” shipping address.
